I’m a Special Education Teacher with credentials in both Moderate/Severe and Mild/Moderate Disabilities. Over the past 15 years, I’ve dedicated myself to supporting diverse learners—first as a paraprofessional for 10 years, and now as a teacher for 5 years.
My next goal is to step into an administrative role, where I can continue to foster collaboration, inspire educators, and help students thrive in inclusive learning environments.

I believe that leadership in education is about building bridges—between teachers and students, between learning challenges and opportunities, and between today’s needs and tomorrow’s goals.
As a Special Education Teacher, I have learned the value of patience, empathy, and teamwork. Every day, I strive to create spaces where students feel seen, supported, and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
My leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, continuous growth, and positive school culture. I aim to model integrity, foster creativity, and support teachers in making data-driven, compassionate decisions that benefit every learner.
